Sophie was trained at Winchester Art School before moving to London.

She creates a range of ceramic, bronze resin and bronze sculptures of the human form and equestrian studies which focus on the special bond between people and animals.

Her forms have a fluid and energetic quality, exploring the sinuous contours of the body and are often enhances with glazes.

She lives in Bristol and teaches ceramics.
