The Scottish Exhibition sees the return of some favourite land/seascape artists - Anthony Barber, George Birrell, Judith Bridgland, Helen Glassford, Julian Mason, Louis McNally, Jonathan Mitchell and Erni Upton, together with two artists who are completely new to the gallery - Carina Ekdahl Prigmore and Sheila Fowler. 

Their paintings display the stunning Scottish countryside and coastal scenes - from East Lothian up to Fife and Tayside, travelling further north to the Cairngorms, across to the West Coast, Western Isles (Outer Hebrides) and then finally down to the Inner Hebridean islands of Rum, Mull and the glorious island of Iona.

We are also delighted to welcome back bird and wildlife artist Claire Harkess (voted Wildlife Artist of the Year - David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation - 2017), Lesley McLaren with her exquisite bird studies and still life artists Fiona MacRae, Mairi Stewart and Joe Hargan - President of Glasgow Art Club.  Joe has combined his infamous and highly amusing character 'Sniffy' with Blenheim Palace (situated 5 minutes walk from the gallery). Angus Clyne's spectacular wooden bowls and vessels together with Alison Bell's 'wee souls' bronzes complete this Scottish Show.
