Kristjana’s richly imaginative work interweaves fragments of Victorian engraving with contemporary illustration and colouring.  Icelandic born and a graduate of Central St Martins, Kristjana's work spans the worlds of fashion, home ware and prints and has gained widespread critical acclaim. 

For the past 8 years she has been the Creative Director of Beyond The Valley, a fashion and design store in Londons West End. Kristjana is a regular exhibitor at Sohos Outline Editions gallery, and has recently been commissioned to create a large wall mural for Holland and Holland on Bruton Street and artwork for the Wilderness Festival 2011.

Kristjana has also been working with the V&A on new large scale wall murals which were on display at the British Galleries as part of the London Design Festival.
