David Anthony Hall

With over twenty years’ experience, David Anthony Hall was first published in 1988 in an article marking the anniversary of the first 150 years of photography. He studied at the now Institute of Art and went on to establish himself as a still life photographer in London, having assisted a number of established photographers. He set up his first studio in the early 90's and after moving to larger studio premises three times, decided to take a break circa 2001.

David comments “I turned my back on my professional career simply by making the decision not to accept commissioned work furthermore”.

Hall produces archival prints. Using customised profiles all of his work is printed personally and signed in editions of 15. He has been exhibited widely and his work is held in numerous private collections in seven countries.
