The colour yellow has become synonymous with Hong Kong’s pro-democracy movement while big brother (the blurry red line) is always watching.

行到水窮處,坐看雲起時
"...coming to the end of the stream, where there does not seem to be a way out,
just sit down, look at the ever-changing clouds"

The intended meaning of these two Chinese phrases is an optimistic one. When you have reached the end of a road and face a dead end, do not give up hope. There is always a silver lining, better days ahead and better things to come.

The underlying analogy conveyed in the poem is that when one goes to a place where there is very little water, one should not fret - we can anticipate the rising clouds. Water roams wild in the sky and falls as rain, nurturing our Earth.
