Brian Busselle was born and grew up in Kent. Brian studied art at Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone Colleges and obtained a degree in Graphic Design.

Brian has painted throughout his life, exhibiting regularly in local galleries where he lived. After leaving advertising he lived in the Loire for 5 years. He then bought a gallery near Falmouth where he exhibited his own work. During this time he also exhibited at Falmouth Polytechnic and had one man shows in the ‘Spring’ and ‘Steel’ galleries. He describes his work as ‘abscape’ - abstracted landscapes painted in acrylics.

Brian was a Director of the St Ives Society of Artists for 7 years and also a Member of the Plymouth Society and the Penwith Society of Artists.
